When to Reach Out:

⚠️ If you see:

  • Persistent "Connection Failed" errors

  • Transactions stuck for >30 minutes

  • "Invalid RPC" warnings that won't resolve

🚨 Especially when:

  • Funds are mid-transfer

  • Getting repeated error codes

  • Network status shows no outages


How to Contact:

  1. Take screenshot of the error

  2. Note:

    • Time of error

    • Transaction ID (if any)

    • Your public wallet address

  3. Message:


While Waiting:

Do NOT resend transactions • Do NOT reinstall wallet without seed phrase


Support Will Ask For:

  • Your wallet address (never private keys)

  • Error screenshots

  • Steps you already tried
