1. Transaction Problems

Transaction stuck/failed

  • Check Solana network status

  • Ensure you have enough SOL for gas fees (keep 0.05+ SOL)

  • Try increasing fee priority

Missing tokens after transfer

  • Refresh wallet balance

  • Check token contract address

  • Add token manually if needed


2. Wallet Access Issues

🔐 Forgotten PIN

  • Must restore wallet using seed phrase

  • No PIN recovery option exists

📱 App crashes on launch

  • Update to latest version

  • Clear app cache/data

  • Reinstall wallet (have seed phrase ready!)


3. Connection Problems

🔌 Wallet not syncing

  • Check internet connection

  • Restart application

  • Switch network (Mainnet/Testnet)


4. Balance Display Issues

💰 Incorrect balance shown

  • Pull down to refresh

  • Check on Solana Explorer

  • Re-import wallet if persistent

🔄 Pending transactions

  • Wait for network confirmation

  • Check TX ID on Solscan

  • Resend if stuck >30 mins


5. Security Concerns

Suspicious activity

  • Immediately transfer funds to new wallet

  • Revoke suspicious token approvals

  • Never enter seed phrase on websites
